I love the idea that when I need to order something from a US retailer, i just have to look for spreeorganizer and they will do it for me.
Only nigging thing this time round is that although I order two pairs of shoes (in different colours), two black pairs were sent to me instead. And my order did indicate that one was to be beige and the other is black.
I am accepting them 'cos I love black anyway, but would appreciate if they could give me the heads up the next time round.

This is a very convenient service for us, the consumers. We just make our order online then we just have to sit back and wait for the order to arrive. Delivery was quite fast:) Although the process from closing the spree and shipping to Singapore takes a few weeks. Enquiries were replied promptly, although what worries 1st time spree-ers are the status of the item. & they would miss out updating the new status sometimes. But no worries! The items are in good hands:) Oh, I've ordered shoes from Ralph Lauren & socks from F21 ! It's definitely a good shopping experience for me. I'm so glad that the items arrive before Xmas.

Receive my parcel yesterday. I must say that I love their services very much. I just place my orders for 4 different merchants with them.
And they got everything processed for me. There is no hassle for me at all.
The best part is the shipping is very affordable. Delivery took slightly longer than expected (~3.5 weeks). But understand that it is due to their US office shifting. Hope you will improve on that part.

Realiable and clear in writing down the breakdowns of the payments.
However, the first time I tried to order an item, their apache system sent me an email saying that it has received my order. When I didn't hear any news from them, I sent an email to check but did not receive a reply until 3 emails later.
I tried to place an order again the second time and thankfully it got through to them.
Updates about my order was frequent and I've received my item promptly.

Grace and Sally have been serving me for my spree orders since the first order i placed 2 mths ago. The 2 spree consultants', Grace and Sally, service standard is impeccable and patient, especially since i am new with them. Overall i feel the service is rather smooth-sailing, and they seek to clarify on any doubt. Since i am a rather new spreeist here, and i have tried other spree sites, i feel this is an important factor that i would consider using their service again.
One feedback though, it would be good if they can add a Live help feature at their website. It will be incredibly useful since sprees with attractive promotions close fast! |

SpreeOrganizer.com is a very efficient and user friendly website. I can rely on them to get my goods ordered and delivered on time. The good customer service will sure makes me want to shop more and definately come spree here again.I understand there can be problems with items being oos or shipping delays due unforseen circumstances. But it was their willingness to help the customer in all ways possible that impressed me. I would not hesitate recommending Spree Organizer to my friends or join any spree i fancy in the near future. |

I came across spreeorganizer by accident and I wasn't sure if it was legit or not (sorry!) but decided to try anyway. My sis and I ordered stuff from 3 sprees and we just got it not too long ago.
I'm really impressed with the service here....they're really friendly and reply emails/texts super fast.
The exchange rate is low and sprees close in 3 days.
They're extremely reliable and my sis and I will be ordering from them again. I've also been promoting them to my cousin who does spree shopping.

This is my first time to spree with spreeorganizer.com and i am pleased to say that it was such a fuss-free and pleasant experience. The organizer has displayed themselves professionally with top-notch customer service, in terms of replying emails promptly. The organizer is responsible and the international shipping charges are affordable. However there is always room for improvement, and i do hope that the organizer can consider in being transparent for the international shipping charges (eg. uploading a excel file displaying all shipping charges). It can really act as a reference and assurance to more customers in trusting to spree in this website and I believe it will help in reducing the international charges. Thanks and continue the good work! |

Although I have to pay for service charge, it is worth the money as customer service is very good. When I had special requests, they could do it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. This service allows me to buy stuff from US conveniently. I will continue to order from you if I need stuff from those merchants. |

Shipping is very affordable, cheaper than I expect it to be. Maybe u should do more advertising so that there will be more participants for the particluar spree so that it will take less time to reach the cap. Waiting for 7 days for the spree to close may result in the item we wanna order become unavailable. |

Strongly recommended this website which provides safe and nice online spree service. I don't mind paying extra to use their service instead of joing those LJ Spree.
