How
do I place my order?
You need to be a registered member of SpreeOrganizer.com
in order to place an order. Once you are registered, login
to “My Account” and click “Place Order”. Do remember to
top-up your account shortly after you have submitted your
order. If your account is not funded, the order will be
disregarded. |

How will I be charged?
When
you have successfully placed an order with us, your
account funded with SpreeCash will be debited of the
amount accordingly. No order will be processed if there
is insufficient fund in your account. |

What
happen if the item I want is being reserved by others?
If in the event that someone has placed an order for your desired item before you, he/she will have the 2 days period to make the payment.
However, if he/she fails to make the payment, the reservation will be cancelled and the next buyer in line will have the chance to buy it. |

What are the accepted modes of payment?
Currently, we are accept the following payment modes:
- Internet Banking (POSB / UOB)
- ATM Transfer (POSB / UOB)

- Credit Card (Please note that there is a 4% admin charge for payment using Credit Card)

Where do I make payment?

you will find specific instructions which will guide you
along on your payment. |

What
are the delivery charges?
All local orders will be shipped via
SingPost registered mail. The local postage is determined
by the weight of your mechanises which ranges from $1.00
~ $3.35 plus an additional fee of $2.24
for registered mail.
The purpose for registered mail
is to keep track of the mechanise shipment and in the
event if it is missing/lost during shipment, consumers
will not need to bear the losses.

How long will my delivery take?
Once your payment has been made, you
can generally expect your goods to reach you in about
2- 3 business days.

Can
I return the mechanises after purchase?
We apologize that all mechanises after
purchase are non-returnable. To ensure the correct sizing
of your item, you may check the size chart before making
the purchase.

If
the product is defective, can I exchange it?
Yes, you may exchange it if your item
has been found defective. However, all our mechanise
have undergone stringent checks to minimize defective products. If
any form of tamper/vandalism done to the mechanise will not be allowed
for the exchange.
